不从恶人的计谋，(Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked)
不站罪人的道路，(or stand in the way of sinners)
不坐亵慢人的座位。(or sit in the seat of mockers.)
惟喜爱耶和华的律法，(But his delight is in the law of the Lord,)
昼夜思想，这人便为有福。(and on his law he meditates day and night.)
他要像一棵树栽在溪水旁，(He is like a tree planted by streams of water,)
按时候结果子，叶子也不枯干。(which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither.)
凡他所作的，尽都顺利。(Whatever he does prosper.)

恶人并不是这样，乃像糠秕被风吹散。(Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.)
因此当审判的时候，恶人必站立不住，(Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,)
罪人在义人的会中，也是如此。(nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.)
因为耶和华知道义人的道路。(For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,)
恶人的道路，却必灭亡。(but the way of the wicked will perish.)
