1. Retail Store:
There are 12 retail store streets in ARK Shopping Town for online retail stores:

From the store located on each specific street, visitors will be able to enter your online shopping website.
The following are procedures and charges required to open a retail store in ARK Shopping Town:
(1) Qualification:
Business, Products and Business’ Website
(You can reserve the Retail Store space by clicking Order the Space on each specific street, then sending
your business & product information for approval. The available retail store space is specifically shown
in green with the Retail Store/AD Space # on each street)
(2) Standard Retail Store Lease Fee: $100/Month
(3) Store Maintain Fee For Front Entry Update: $100/Time
(4) Initial Retail Store Front Entry Design and Set Up Fee: $200
The store location is first come, first serve. The Retail Store Space in each street will be gradually released to the public for leasing. The minimum lease term for each retail store space is 3 months.
2. Wells Live Shopping Window:
If your product(s) meets the Wells products’ standard, you may be invited to become a Vendor/Retailer in the “Wells Live Shopping Window” and sell your products to consumers through this specially designed Live Shopping platform, directly managed and promoted by the ARK Shopping Town. Send your business’ and products’ information through either e-mail, website, or by catalogue to the Wells Live Shopping Window-Vendor Review. For details, please click here.
The following are procedures and charges:
(1) Qualification:
Business, Products, Drop Shipment Evaluation, Customer Service, etc.
(2) Product(s) Filming and Initial Set Up Fee:
$500/Each Product, Minimum Charge: $1,000.
(3) Monthly Operation & Management Fee:
$50/Month for each product plus 10% of Gross sales amount based on each sales/transaction.
3. Wells Mall:
Wells Mall is an online Department Store. If your product(s) meet the Wells products’ standard, you may be invited to become a Vendor/Retailer in the “Wells Mall” and sell your products to consumers through this specially designed Department Store platform, directly managed and promoted by the ARK Shopping Town. 4. Wells Design & Arts Window
This platform presents the products designed by Wells ARK, such as prayer shawls, inspirational scarfs, handbags, bedding, toys, and girls’ & women’s apparel.

Rainbow Business Bridge
is the 2ndpart of Wells Network.
It is a business exhibition platform that imitates traditional exhibition practices and connects business enterprises together in a friendly environment to fulfill communication and international or domestic trading between manufacturers, importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers worldwide.
Wells Ark designed the platform with the combined functions of business showrooms, marketing and management services.
The Exhibition Platform is divided by 12 Exhibition Halls:

Furniture & Furnishing, Travel & Hospitality, General Products & Hardware,

In order to help business enterprises expand to China, Rainbow Business Bridge provides the “Exhibition Hall - In Chinese”. The programs and prices will be the same as above. The translation fee will be extra.

In these areas, all the spaces with green background be assigned AD Space# are for Business Advertising.
- What are the steps/procedures required to place my business’ advertising?
There are 5 easy steps:

From an available space, Click to Order the Space to reserve the space (with a deposit). |

Send your business’ website & advertising contents to DBA@wellsark.com for approval. |

You will receive a notification to pay the remaining balance for the first 3 months of
advertising, initial design, and set up fees, if your advertising is approved. Otherwise, you
will receive a notification for a deposit refund if your advertising service request is
disapproved. |

After the design is finished by Wells ARK, you will receive an electronic copy of the design
for confirmation. Then Wells ARK will place the confirmed AD in the space you’ve

- Can I change my advertising space?
Yes. You can send your request to change your advertising to another available space and pay
another set up fee.
- What is the first come, first serve policy on Wells ARK?
All the spaces under same category will be charged equally no matter where the location is
and all cases will be taken care of in the order we received. This policy applies to the ARK
Shopping Town programs, Rainbow Business Bridge programs, and any other advertising
services on Wells ARK.
- Why do those who want to do business in Wells ARK need to meet qualifications?
Wells ARK website is a platform designed for families to enjoy lives in a heavenly realm. From
little children to adults, Wells ARK welcomes all. So, based on this principle, the businesses
who want to do business on Wells ARK will need to be evaluated to make sure their website’s
contents, advertising’s contents, and products will suit to visitors of all ages on Wells ARK.
- In how many ways can I sell my product on Wells ARK?
You will have 4 ways to sell your products on Wells ARK:

in the ARK Shopping Town and find a specific street which will match the category of your
products along with an available retail store space for lease.

“Wells Live Shopping Window” which are managed and marketed directly by the ARK

Because it’s invitation time for the above mentioned advertising and selling programs
on Wells ARK, and because they are not ready for the public, we suggest you to get

- In the ARK Shopping Town’s 12 Retail Streets, can I place my advertising instead of
opening a retail store?
Yes. The procedure is the same as leasing a space for opening a retail store.
- How long will it take from the advertising space’s reservation to its publishing?
It may take about 2-3 weeks depending on how quickly the approval, design, and
advertising design’s confirmation will go.
- Can I provide my own advertising design? How much could I save?
Yes. For the requirements, please contact: ad@wellsark.com
If the design is provided by you and meet Wells ARK advertising design’s quality and
requirements, you will save 30% for the initial design and set up fees.
- Who will be in charge of drop shipments for the sales/orders that have taken place in
the “Wells Mall” and “Wells Live Shopping Window”?
The vendors will be in charge of drop shipments after receiving orders from the ARK
Shopping Town by consumers’ online purchasing.
